✤ Client is allowed to print the commission be it a charm or merchandise but please DO NOT resell the item✤ Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI work or AI data training or future inventions in the space.✦↓ ↓ Artist ↓ ↓✦
✤ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.✤ i have the right to publish commissioned works to my social media/portfolio. (Unless privacy is stated in the commission request)✦↓ ↓ PAYMENT ↓ ↓✦
✤ Payment is primarily done through Paypal and in USD currency.✤ It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussedOnce the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.▸ If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund 100%.✦↓ ↓ WORK PROCESS ↓ ↓✦
✤ Orders may not be first-come-first-serve. I will most likely check and choose those I feel most inspired to work on first✤ 4 orders are accomplished per batch, and one batch is accomplished per month✤ Depending on the order's complexity, the artist may take up about 1 week to create a draft, and a total of 2~6 weeks to complete the order. That said, it is still possible to have the order finished at a much earlier date. (Clients will be informed in case of any delays)✤ Canvas size (horizontaly or verticaly) can be A4 or B5 in 300 dpi. I can change the size of the canva to a limit of 4000x4000 px or adjut the dpi up to a limit of 500.✦ Note: There is a possibility that I post drawings of personal content between the commissions.✦✦↓ ↓ REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK ↓ ↓✦
✤ For every WIP sent, the Client is encouraged to provide feedback.✤ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to fix it.▸In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee of 5$.✤ Major changes will only be made at the during the drafting phase. Color corrections will be made at the color stage. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.✤ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).▸ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.✦↓ ↓ COMMERCIAL USE ↓ ↓✦
✤ Unless otherwise discussed, the final piece is for personal, non-commercial use.✤ The commercial use of product may be negotiated, but must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the invoice. (preferably by email or via my DM)✤ The basic additional fee for commercial use is +100% of the base price. (For YouTube, Twitch, and other small commercial usage)⚠️Important notes:▸Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)▸Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).▸AI generated references will be declinedUpdated January 26th, 2024.
